Covid-19 refund Policy.
In the event that a customer has to cancel their booking because of Covid-19, we will reschedule the booking to their future date at no charge. We will make every effort to reschedule your event if at all possible. The $99 retainer is non-refundable unless the booking is canceled at least 90 days prior to the date of the clients event. If there is less that 90 days to their event date the retainer is non-refundable. If the event is canceled with more than 90 days until the clients event date, the retainer is refundable. Any amount that is paid over the $99 retainer will be refunded, even if the $99 retainer isn't refundable.

Do you print two photo strips?
In less than 15 seconds two individual 2X6 strips will print out so your guest can leave with one and you can keep one in a photo album. Our top of the line printers automatically and precisely separate the strips for you. Most other companies use less expensive printers that make you or an attendant manually cut them apart with a razor blade or scissors.
Are the Photos Unlimited?
Of Course! Unlimited Prints are are an option for all of our packages so the fun will never stop for your guests.
Do You offer a Green Screen with your Booth?
Yes! Green Screens make using a photo booth much more entertaining. With a green screen photo booth you can go anywhere. From the beach to the moon, or even the meeting place of the bride and groom the possibilities are endless.
Can we have the booth off during dinner?
Yes, we can setup the booth for cocktail hour then off dinner.

How far in advance to we have to book?
We recommend booking it as soon as possible to ensure you reserve your date because our schedule fills up quickly. However, we never like saying no, so if we can make it happen for you we will.
How long does it take for the photos to print?
The photos print in approximately 15 seconds. Generally by the time you are out of the booth, the images have already printed.
What type of printer do you use?
We use a Lab Quality Sublimation Dye Printer. This means we give you exceptionally high quality photos that will last a lifetime. Don't be fooled by other companies that use Inkjet printers, that can smudge on your clothes, look grainy, and take up to a minute to print.
We already have a photographer, why do we need a photo booth?
We get this question a lot! You absolutely need a photographer to take pictures of the event itself (mostly weddings), however the Photo Booth provides an unprecedented amount of entertainment for your guests. The Photo Booth allows your guests to let loose, be silly, and just have fun! The photos you keep from it are an incredible reminder of your fun event. When you see Grandma wearing a feather boa and blowing kisses into the camera, you will know it's a hit.
Does it come with a Photo album guest book?
All packages include double prints and a can include a photo album (or a USB flash drive) that guests can simply slide their photos in and write messages by. This will provide you years of smiles every time you pick it up and look back at your friends and family caught in the act of fun.
Do you provide props?
Yes, we provide a ton of high quality props for you and your guests to choose from. Seeing all the crazy things people come up with is great fun, so we never require you to bring your own props as other low end companies do. We provide you with the best experience possible.
Can we customize a message or logo on each photo strip?
Absolutely! For free we can print just about anything you want at the bottom of every photo strip. You are welcome to provide us with a custom logo, a personalized message, or we can just print the event name and date as well.
What is required in order to reserve the booth?
We require a $99 deposit in order to reserve your date, which is eligible for a full refund within one week of purchase so you'll have time to discuss it with any other decision makers. After 7 days the deposit is not refundable. Sorry for any inconvenience.
How much room do you need for the photo booth?
Our setup is very versatile. We can set up in as little as about 7ft x 10ft of space but have equipment to accommodate large requests as well. If you want a larger booth to hold 15+ people we can also offer that. For scrapbook events we will generally use a table from the event placed next to the booth for the activities.
How do your prices compare to the competition?
We take pride in offering the highest quality entertainment and photos at a fair price. You can always find lower quality at a lower price but when was the last time you bought the cheapest option and it didn't break? Saving 5-10% on a photo booth that doesn't work 50% of the time isn't a good deal.You spend so much time and money on your big day, don't gamble on a cheap photo booth that could stop working or ruin your great memories with blurry, poorly lit photos. How can we share the photos with our family and friends?
With FotoBombs's photobooths you will have the option to post your photos to Facebook or twitter or even email them to yourself right from the booth. We also provide a iPad kiosk for you and your guests so you can view and share the ALL photos right from your event. They can be shared from the iPad to Facebook, twitter, email or text message. We will also upload all the photos to our online gallery where your friends and family can download them for free, tag them to Facebook, or order more prints easily.
